PRD Realty and Emma Barnes have been managing our investment unit in the IQ Apartments in Braddon since we bought it in 2015. They manage all aspects including paying rates and fees and the service has been exceptional. They had tenants ready for us and they moved in the day after purchase. We haven’t had more than 2 days of vacancies between the first lot of tenants and the second. They have managed rent increase with careful thought being mindful of their obligations to both ourselves and the tenants and are always willing to go the extra mile. We can’t recommend them enough

My PM – Emma Barnes has been nothing short of helpful, understanding and a positive force. Emma has been great through the process of beginning to manage my property and is answering all my queries promptly.

Had a wonderful experience as a tenant through PRDnationwide. Our property manager, Emma, who looked after us for just under 3 years is just fantastic! She is always very prompt and professional in her responses and we definitely felt that she went over and above for us on a number of occasions. Our rental recently sold and we quickly found a new rental, Emma was so great in helping us secure it and being flexible with negotiating the move out date so that it aligned perfectly with moving into the new rental. We were very happy with the way Stefan handled the sale of our unit. Selling when you are living in another city and during these uncertain times meant that we were a little apprehensive about choosing the right agent.
