Had a wonderful experience as a tenant through PRDnationwide. Our property manager, Emma, who looked after us for just under 3 years is just fantastic! She is always very prompt and professional in her responses and we definitely felt that she went over and above for us on a number of occasions. Our rental recently sold and we quickly found a new rental, Emma was so great in helping us secure it and being flexible with negotiating the move out date so that it aligned perfectly with moving into the new rental. Also would like to mention the positive experience that we had with Alex in sales who looked after the sale of the apartment.
